By accessing the MindSpark website or participating in any event or workshop, you must comply with the
terms and conditions associated with MindSpark and COEP Tech. If you do not agree, please do not
continue further on the website.
Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional charges will be applied for services like accommodation.
Damage or vandalization of any college property will not be tolerated. Participants will be penalized
for the same.
Absentees shall not be refunded.
The final decision taken by the MindSpark team will be mandatory and binding to all.
Event fees are non-transferable.
The MindSpark team will not be responsible for any loss of personal property on the campus.
If the number of registrations is less than the limit set by the MindSpark team, then the event may be
subject to cancellation. In such a case, a participant can register for another event with the same
registration fee.
Participants are requested to bring their own stationery required for the event. Non-consumable
stationery provided (if applicable) must be returned to the event heads in an unharmed state.
If participants don't report during their respective time slots, then the availability of another time
slot will not be guaranteed.
Reproduction or redistribution of any MindSpark entity for personal propaganda is strictly prohibited.
All properties of MindSpark are the property of COEP Tech unless stated otherwise. Any personal use is
subject to copyright infringement.
A valid college ID card is necessary at the time of the event. Participation will not be allowed
without proper identification proof.
No use of MindSpark, COEP Tech's logo, or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a
trademark license agreement.
Entrants ensure that they are the copyright owners of any photographs that are submitted and there
will be no 3rd party infringement (specifically for photography event).
Any photograph (in groups) taken by the MindSpark team during the event will be done to document the
event.
A hard copy of any online registrations made is compulsory.
Any participant who fails to comply with the rules of the respective events will be disqualified.
Demeaning, offensive, and defamatory comments on properties registered under COEP Tech will not be
tolerated. Registration of such persons will be canceled and will be subject to legal action if any.
Personal information of participants is registered under MindSpark for event purposes only, and only
the basic information may be forwarded to third parties.
Inflammable/hazardous substances are strictly prohibited on the campus.
COEP Tech holds full custody of the events occurring on the day of the fest and other subsidiaries
of the same.
MindSpark is an independent event of COEP Tech. Any foreign claims of credibility will not be
entertained.
MindSpark has no control over the delays occurring due to other enterprises.
Any incomplete, partially paid, or incomprehensible entries will stand defunct.
Only MindSpark team members will be provided the dining services.
Third-party advertisers and enterprises may be presented on the day of the event. Delegates'
participation in any of the promotions (other than MindSpark) does not fall under COEP Tech's
jurisdiction.
The MindSpark team holds the right to change the registration fee for any event or workshop over a
certain period of time.
Exceptions are entertained only when deemed necessary and approved by the MindSpark core team.
On-spot registrations are allowed. But if the number of registrations exceeds the limit set by us,
then on-spot registrations shall be canceled.
The event and round structure is subject to change. The decision of organizers will be binding to
all.
Prize money depends on the participation and may vary as per the participant count.
