About Event


Each Team will be given 15 Questions whose answers they have to search over google within 10 minutes.


Qualified teams will be given 5 questions each to be solved within 5 minutes.

Elimination criteria:

Participants who will score above the cut-off score in Round 1 will be eligible for Round 2. Cut-off scores will be decided by event heads.

Team and fee structure:

Team size:  Max 2 participants per team.
Registration fee:  ₹ 99 per team.


1. Teams are expected to maintain decorum. We reserve the right to disqualify any team found misbehaving.

2. In case of any disputes, the decision of event heads and judges will be final and binding to all.

3. Rules of the event may be changed without prior intimation. Participants are requested to check the MindSpark’22 website ( regularly for updates.

4. Participants must carry their college ID card and the registration receipt.

5. Participants must be present on time at the given venue. Late entries will not be entertained.

6. In case of scores being tied, the team with minimum time taken would be the winner.

If number of participants are less than 20 then only 2 winners will be selected.
If number of participants are less than 5 then only 1 winner will be selected.
If number of participants are less than or equal to 3 then event will be cancelled.


Q. Can I participate individually?
A. Yes, you can, if you have registered and have the registration receipt and a valid college/school ID with you.

Q. Can I participate in other events at MindSpark’22?
A. You are allowed to participate in as many events at MindSpark’22 as long as you are able to manage your own schedule.

Q. Can I register on-spot?
A. On-spot registrations will be open on the event day. But if the number of teams exceeds the limit set by us, on-spot registrations may be closed. It is highly recommended that registration be done prior to the event day.

Q. What will be selection criteria for ROUND 2?
A. Participants who will score above the cut-off score in ROUND 1 will be eligible for ROUND 2. Cut-off score will be decided by event heads.

Q. If I am not able to make it, can someone else take my place?
A. No. The person who has his name registered has to come although change of partner is allowed. Get the receipt along with your college ID cards.

Q. Can I be a part of more than one team in the same event?
A. No, you cannot be in two teams for the same event.

Q. What is the eligibility criterion?
A. Students from schools, 11th, 12th as well as first year students are eligible. There is no constraint of branch. The only thing you should know is how to Google!

Q. Do I get my own laptop?
A. No, we will provide you with Computers.

Q. Which OS (operating system) will be used?
A. Ubuntu 14.04 or Windows 7. But you need not worry about it. The Google platform will be the same.
