This event is specially designed to test the proficiency of the participants in a subject which everyone has learnt since kindergarten - everyone’s favorite subject, Mathematics. This is an opportunity for those who are in love with Mathematics to prove their courage at this state-level competition.

About Event


This round will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions based on the “Pre-Calculus” Mathematics.


The qualified teams from Round 1 will attempt this round, which consists of objective type questions on entire of Mathematics syllabi. A formula sheet will be provided to each of the participants for reference.


This round will consist of subjective questions designed to test their core mathematical concepts. No gadgets are allowed

Elimination criteria:

Round 1: Students will be selected according to their marks scored in MCQ Test.
Round 2: Students will be selected according to their marks scored in Objective test.

Winning criteria:

There will be 3 winners.

If number of participants are less than 20 then only 2 winners will be selected.
If number of participants are less than 5 then only 1 winner will be selected.
If number of participants are less than or equal to 3 then event will be cancelled.

Team and fee structure:

Team size:  Max 2 participants per team.
Registration fee:  ₹ 99 per team


1. All participants should have valid college ID card of their respective institute with them along with the registration receipt.

2. Participants are expected to maintain decorum throughout the event.

3. The decision of judges and the organizers will be final and binding to all.

4. Student from any college and any branch can participate. No person can be part of multiple teams at the same event.

5. Rules may be changed without prior intimation. Participants are requested to check the MindSpark’22 website( for updates.


Q. What is the team structure?
A. A team may consist of 1 or 2 members.

Q. Can I participate in other events at MindSpark’22?
A. You are allowed to participate in as many events at MindSpark’22 as long as you are able to manage your own schedule.

Q. What if my partner doesn't come, can I still compete?
A. Yes, you can compete alone if you have a valid receipt and ID.

Q. What is meant by “Pre-Calculus” Mathematics?
A.Pre-Calculus Mathematics includes the whole of Mathematics syllabus before the introduction of calculus in it i.e. Mathematics at a school level.
